You take support requests in the area of software and hardware and take care of the service and support requests of our depots and colleagues. You support the other support areas to relieve them in weddings or support them in projects. You're involved in shiftwork and callfulness. You support our services and support projects. You support the monitoring and support of the technologies and software used in the company. · You support your Service Owner by questioning the IT Service Desk processes and contributing ideas for the optimization.

You have successfully completed a training as a specialist informant for system integration. Ideally, you bring professional experience in the IT Service Desk and also know you with ticket systems (preferably Jira). Contact with customers motivates you to find optimal solutions. Your strong communication skills and customer orientation support you. Our team wishes a new member with lots of humor and team skills.
