(m/w/d) is part of Optima Pharma. In the development and production of intelligent turnkey filling solutions including isolator and freeze dryers, you will work with the pharmaceutical and biotech industry. Future-oriented, sustainable and flexible.

As a business lawyer (m/w/d) in Contract & Controlling, you are responsible for the direct negotiation and development of project contracts and contract assignments with our customers. Here you work very closely with our sales department and the central legal department. You also take over the audit of the contract with regard to commercial and legal aspects. In your area, there is therefore the examination of terms of tendering, requesting and ordering as well as the creation of accreditive and commercial comments on payment targets or course assurances. You can also create and develop templates, content, checklists and standard templates and coordinate internal legal, tax, transport, financing and insurance issues. You have a degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economic Law or a comparable qualification; Alternatively, you have a training with relevant professional experience.Ideally, you have already been able to gain experience as a Legal Counsel, Economic Lawyer, Economic Expert, Legal Expert. Alternatively, you will bring expertise in sales, preferably with experience in contract testing in machine and plant engineering. They are structured, carefully and work independently with good sense of priorities. With your very good knowledge of German and English, you can work with professional internal and external cooperation.
