Consultant Real Estate/Construction Auditing, Processes and Data (m/f/d)

In this responsible role, you develop the revision to an effective control and governance instrument – with a perspective on professional responsibility:

Auditing & Taxes: You plan and conduct risk-oriented internal audits focusing on processes, economics, regularity and efficiency – in particular in the context of the real estate industry Subsequent Management & Project Control: You analyze and evaluate processes in follow-up and claim management, check cost developments, budget deviations and commercial management of construction and maintenance measures Data-based analysis: You evaluate complex data volumes based on ERP data or other data sources and create resilient decision bases for management and executives Internal control systems & governance: You examine existing internal control systems (IKS), assess their effectiveness and develop them in the sense of a sustainable governance structure Reports with effect & monitoring: You create precise test reports, formulate practical recommendations and accompany their implementation within the framework of a structured follow-up process Technical perspective: In the medium term, you take on the technical responsibility for our revision topics and actively shape standards, methods and guidelines Compliance in view: You ensure compliance with legal, regulatory and internal requirements, develop compliance structures, carry out independent controls and risk analyses, and are responsible for the implementation of the Corporate Governance Code

Funded revision expert: You have several years of professional experience in internal auditing, auditing or auditing in the real estate/construction area – alternatively in the banking environment Qualification: You bring a completed study in the field of Business Administration, Economic Law or a comparable qualification with professional experience in real estate or Building field with. Alternatively, you have a technical qualification (e.g. civil engineering, architecture) with strong commercial competence ERP- & data competence: You work safely with ERP systems (ideally SAP), have pronounced analytical skills and are versed in handling larger amounts of data Understanding construction & real estate processes: You know commercial control mechanisms in construction or real estate projects, in particular budget control, follow-up and project controlling Professional sovereignty & development perspective: You bring the technical depth and the standing up to take on perspective responsibility for the subject field of revision/compliance Structure & communication strength: You work analytically, precise and structured. Complex facts prepare for addressing and represent your results confidently towards management and executives
