Coordination: You coordinate the workflows in your team, and you quickly and flexibly respond to short-term changes. Ensuring packaging processes: You are responsible for monitoring the packaging processes to ensure a smooth production process and ensure that all packaging processes are carried out efficiently and on time. You also ensure compliance with internal and legal regulations. Guided tour: You assign tasks within your team and guide employees. Experience: You have a completed training and professional experience in the scientific or technical field or in the healthcare sector Shiftwork: You bring willingness to work in the 3-layer system.
