Analysis of customer requirements and design of service architecture and services in the context of overall security services – such as CANCOM Cyber Defense Services (SOC, Endpoint Protection, Threat Intelligence, Incident Response), RedTeam and other security services (Support, Managed, XaaS) Close cooperation & coaching of Solution Design Security and the (Key) Account Manager, you support sales and specialist departments in focused consulting for security services Consulting the customer with regard to different service scenarios in the presale phase Presentation of the focus topic Security services to the inside and outside Sales Business Development for the Focus Topic Security Services Management, control and reporting of opportunities and Pipeline Regular. Feedback loop with Business & Portfolio Management Participation in the design and implementation of internal and external marketing support measures (e.g. white papers, UseCase ́s, videos, websites, specialist articles, references etc.) Support in the planning, implementation and follow-up of campaigns, events/events and internal trainings

A completed technical or commercial training (e.g. specialist, IT system businessman) and/or business studies Professional experience in the consulting & design of IT & managed services, especially security are prerequisites – you spray a lived service DNA Knowledge and experience with relevant manufacturers from the security environment You enthuse customers and interested parties from the first contact during the evaluation and consulting phase Safe handling of economic indicators and calculations and a methodologically pronounced strategic thinking You convince by an organized, structured and independent way of working and the ability to drive things forward Embossed communicative skills and linguistic expressive and presentation skills Excellent German in word and writing as well as good English skills
