In this responsible position, you take over the control of a team specializing in turning and milling that manufactures precision components for mechanical engineering. You ensure the quality of production processes, convince with active shopfloor management and lead a highly qualified team. Leadership and further development of an experienced production team Discipline and professional responsibility in the areas of turning and milling Ensuring smooth production and highest quality standards and continuous optimization of production processes Active shopfloor management with transparent communication to production management and other business areas Support to CNC machines in exceptional cases and presence in daily shifts to accompany the team across multiple shift models

Complete training in the field of metalworking, ideally with a focus on milling and turning technology, supplemented by a further training to master, technician or a comparable qualification Knowledge of metalworking with experience of modern CNC centers (3- and 4-axis) Multiannual experience in managing and organizing production teams IT affinity with openness for digitization processes and automation as well as fluent German knowledge Communication and enforcement strength, decision-making and motivation to lead teams forward-looking
