Process consulting: You analyze and optimize the digital transformation of sales and marketing processes in the Life Sciences Industry (Pharma/Medical Devices) at business and IT level Project management: You control the implementation of your recommendations and ensure smooth processes with the development teams to achieve customer goals. Customer relations: You build trusted partnerships and develop new business opportunities together with sales. Portfolio design: You develop our portfolio – based on market trends and the needs of our customers Strategy and implementation: You develop concepts, develop strategies and accompany implementation into practice.

Studies: A degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Business Informatics, Human Sciences or Mathematics forms your basis for this role. Professional experience: You bring several years of professional experience as a consultant or manager in the life sciences industry for sales and marketing processes. Industry expert: You know the life sciences industry, its regulatory requirements and current trends and challenges. Teamwork: You work team-oriented and can work with various technical and technical areas. Communication: You convince with clear language, strong presentations and safe appearance. AI Competence: You use AI tools in your area of expertise, evaluate the results critically and support customers and adessi to use potentials of AI. Language knowledge: Very good German and good English skills
