New Business & Sales Manager (m/w/d)

Our core tasks include advising, planning and purchasing promotional sites in all advertising communication channels – from TV to radio, social media to any digital channels.

Strategic new customer acquisition: You identify and analyze potential customers and develop targeted approach concepts – both for our creative product solutions and for our classic media expertise. Marketing creative combination products: You present and sell our innovative, cross-media performance packages, in particular our attentive online special formats, CTV solutions or Digital OOH creations. Pitch Management & Supply Development: Together with the internal teams, you coordinate the creation of tailor-made offers and conduct potential customers through the entire pitch and sales process. Network care & representation: You represent the agency at events, trade fairs, industry meetings and social media to increase our brand awareness and generate qualified leads. Monitoring & Success Measurement: You follow your actions consistently and use our CRM system for documentation, analysis and optimization of your activities.

Experience in sales or business development, ideally in the agency or marketer environment, in the creative industry or in media companies. Understanding modern communication solutions, especially for content-driven campaigns and digital creative solutions. Consultancy & Communication Strength: You are able to perform convincingly at decision-making level and to convey complex offers easily and understandably. Proactive, self-responsive operation with a pronounced sense of market and customer needs. Teamplayer mentality with high self-motivation and desire for growth. Safe handling of tools such as CRM systems, presentation software and, if necessary, also social selling (e.g. LinkedIn).
