Projektmanager (m/d)

in full time (39 hours/week) As part of your activity, you take over the campaign-based acquisitions of new and existing customers and their processing as well as customer support by phone and letter. You create and track offers and handed over completed orders to the technology or the commercial interior service. Further pick up supplier offers incl. Price inquiries from manufacturers. You create presentation documents to support our Account Manager (w/m/d) and take over the scheduling. Order acceptance and processing are also part of your tasks. They are responsible for reporting forecasts and order intakes to the regional management sales. They independently carry out the work-up of existing contracts.

They have successfully completed training in the commercial sector, e.g. as an IT system businessman (w/m/d). In addition, you already have several years of professional experience in office work and administration and have extensive knowledge in the ITK environment of our portfolio (Mitel, Innovaphone, Lancom). They are safe in handling the current MS Office programs and have knowledge in eserp. Your further strengths include customer-oriented trading and thinking as well as team skills.
