Welcome to our guests and ensure a professional check in and check out You process reservations by phone, e-mail and via our digital booking channels You are the first contact person for guests, wishes and organizational questions You agree with housekeeping, breakfast service and management You conduct the hotel insurance responsibly and take over cash accounts You go professional, solution-oriented and friendly with complaints You will also keep an overview when multiple tasks are performed simultaneously
