For the "Production Technologies" department, we are looking for a*n at the Ulm site

The "Production Technology" department develops, optimizes and qualifies the manufacturing processes and is responsible for the technological support for Hensoldt production at the Ulm site. The transfer of the technological boundary conditions into the Manufacturing Data Package is an essential part of the production start of printed circuit boards. For this purpose, a deep process understanding must be introduced at the interface between development/construction/layout and the production line.

Your duties

Creation of project-related production documentation for PCAs (Printed Circuit Assemblies / electronic circuit boards) in database systems such as Valor MSS Process Preparation / SAP-PLM Creation of production-relevant documents/drawings under production-related aspects (in German and English) Support for development in manufacturing issues Participation in the creation of product structures Editorial of production documentation / technical drawings Control and archiving of production data and documentation Participation in the cost assessment for the production of documents Close cooperation with development, design, layout, technology and configuration management Contact point in the department for topics in the field of SAP PLM and production documentation

Your profile

Complete studies in the field of electrical engineering, microsystems engineering or mechatronics or training in a technical profession with additional qualification for the state-tested technician*in or comparable Experience in soldering and equipping technology of electronic components Reliable professional experience in the area of SAP-PLM knowledge in the handling of current schedules, drawings and parts lists as well as electronic components (design, marking, value, polarity) Manufacturing knowledge in electronics production SMD/THT/Montage/Test Good communication skills in cross-departmental cooperation and independent work Engaged, structured and team-oriented thinking and working methods German and good English skills
