Support us as Head of Software Architecture & Design (m/w/x) in our Business Unit Semiconductor Mask Solutions (SMS) at the Jena site and take over the disciplinary leadership of a software architecture team as well as strategy development, resource management and close cooperation with stakeholders and external partners.

a completed high/tech university degree with a scientific/technical focus (economic) informatics, physics, electrical engineering, engineering) or a comparable qualification

multiannual experience as well as enjoying the leadership of interdisciplinary software development teams, especially in Agile Leadership

Knowledge of software and system architecture

Experience in handling process and project tracking tools (e.g. JIRA, Azure DevOps) and central version management (e.g. GIT)

Enthusiasm for digitalization and in particular for work with technically demanding and highly complex system products, consisting of soft and hardware

very good knowledge of German and at least good knowledge of English
