You have completed university studies, ideally in the field of public administration (Public Management) or economics with a focus on human resources, as an alternative to a very good commercial training with relevant advancement to:the specialist:with a focus on administration or human resources You ideally have a relevant professional experience in staffing Knowledge of labour law and collective bargaining is required to provide competent advice and to answer legal questions safely Knowledge of civil law is advantageous You are inspiring for a wide range of personal topics and enjoy working on new topics and actively shaping them. Your communication strength allows you to work both successfully in the team and independently You are committed and have a strong service orientation
