Project management of traffic facilities planning for roads (m/f/d)

Responsible management of demanding and extensive infrastructure projects in road construction – from planning to implementation Total responsibility for budget and revenue within the projects Active participation in the project acquisition, in particular in the context of VgV procedures Self-taxing and monitoring of planning processes for internal and external road transport systems according to national regulations Central interface function in communication and coordination with clients, subcontractors, service providers and internal civil engineers and technical employees Costing and controlling budgets and resources for construction services Professional leadership and co-design of interdisciplinary planning processes

Complete studies or training in civil engineering, ideally with a focus on transport systems Multiannual professional experience in deputy project management or in comparable function detectable reference projects, ideally documented by project lists and HOAI performance phases 1–7 Experience in the acquisition, preferably complemented by an existing customer network Practical knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM) Safe handling of relevant planning software tools such as VESTRA, CARD or ProVI knowledge of tender procedures, ideally with RIB iTWO or comparable systems Knowledge of HOAI and the relevant legal framework German language skills in word and writing
