In this central leadership position, you are responsible for the overall care, organisational and structural responsibility for two highly complex emergency areas. In close cooperation with medical lines, functional services and the care management, you develop the emergency care system in a quality-oriented, efficient and sustainable manner.
Your tasks:
- General responsibility for the nursing management of INZ and NNZ in dual leadership
- Leadership, development and binding of a large interprofessional team
- Ensure high-quality, evidence-based emergency care
- Development of supply structures, patient control and interface management
- Strategic personnel planning and development
- Integration and promotion of Advanced Practice Nurses (ANP) in emergency care
- Implementation of legal requirements and quality and risk management
- Active cooperation on hospital-wide development and innovation projects
- Representation of the area inside and outside the house
