In the position as a helper - food production (m/w/d), you will be part of a team that ensures that high-quality foods are manufactured safely and efficiently. Production takes place in shift operation, therefore flexibility is of great advantage.

• Supports in the production and packaging of food according to specifications and quality standards.
• Control the production processes so that everything goes smoothly.
• Cleans machines and work areas for hygienic production.
• Helps the team in day-to-day tasks and flexibly starts where support is needed.
• Accompany the ongoing quality control of the products.

We are looking for

The appropriate candidate has a great enthusiasm for work with food as well as the willingness to work in shiftwork. Even without industry-specific experience, you can convince with willingness to use and learning! Also crucial are a pronounced sense of order and care, as very high requirements apply in food production.

• Motivation and reliability are top priority.
• willingness to work in shiftwork (spring, late and possibly night shifts).
• Physical loadability for easy production activities.
• Team spirit and the ability to act in a dynamic environment.
• Ideally, first experience in a production, but no compelling prerequisite.
