For our contract management, we are looking for a management personality that, together with its team, takes on challenging tasks in inventory and risk management and actively contributes to the further development of processes. The focus of the activity is on building insurance.

Tasks include: You lead and develop a dedicated team in contract management.

You support your employees in their professional and personal development. Together with your team, you work on complex contract and refurbishment cases in the field of building insurance. You optimise existing processes and bring your own ideas to the further development of the department. You work with the department management as well as adjacent departments. You support digitalization and AI initiatives and actively shape modern working methods. You analyze key figures and take measures to control the area. You also take operational tasks and stay close to the daily business. Your design playroom: The position offers you the opportunity to actively shape an important area of expertise and to contribute visibly to the success of the company.

(m/w/d) or a comparable qualification. Professional experience in the insurance industry, ideally in contract management, inventory business, underwriting, refurbishment environment or insurance business. First experience in professional leadership, project management, team coordination or representation or the desire to take the next step towards leadership responsibility. Joy in accompanying, developing and achieving success together. Interest in process optimization, digitization and modern technologies. An independent, structured way of working as well as communication strength, initiative and team orientation.
