You are responsible for the entire operation of an innovative logistics center - including personnel, processes, technology, costs and performance You develop the location organization strategically and actively shape future structures, processes and overall performance You lead teams and areas with clarity, transparency and a binding, motivating handwriting You promote a modern, future-oriented work culture and establish sustainable, efficient structures You control the location via clear KPIs, analyze key figures along the entire flow of goods and identify bottlenecks and risks at an early stage You prioritize optimization requirements and implement measures consistently, impact-oriented and sustainable You actively advance technological and process developments and use modern storage technologies, automation and connected systems for continuous improvement You ensure highest quality, safety and hygiene standards You work closely with multi-site units and ensure smooth, efficient cooperation

You bring well-founded leadership experience into complex logistic structures, preferably in the food environment You are characterized by a strong leadership personality that creates clarity, gives orientation and achieves different target groups effectively You quickly capture complex relationships, structure these strategically and derive clear operational decisions You work safely with KPIs, analytical tools and modern warehouse and automation technologies You actively advance transformation and change and have a resilient experience in change management You combine strategic strength with operational decision security and a pronounced hands-on mentality You also preserve sovereignty, clarity and solution orientation in complex or pressureful situations
