In our modern IT landscape, stable and future-proof networks play a key role – and this is where you come into play: For our dedicated IT team, we are looking for an experienced team lead that strategically develops and secures our network infrastructure.

Planning and monitoring of tasks within the team and responsibility for team management and development Ensuring smooth 24/7 operation of the networks (WLAN, LAN and WAN) together with the team as a supporting pillar of network operation and network security Implementation and optimization of ITIL processes in network operation to ensure highest service quality Management of projects in their own areas of responsibility as well as control of external service providers to support regular operation or project-related integration Continuous improvement of the processes in the team by standardizing processes and proactive knowledge management Efficient allocation of personnel and technology resources and implementation of budget and cost planning

Complete study in the field of computer science or communication technology Relevant professional experience (> 3 years) in a comparable position Knowledge of network design, network architecture and network security Operational experience with modern Wi-Fi/LAN/WAN technologies, routing and switching, firewalling and PAM/VPN Certified Network Professional (CNP) or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification Experience in the hospital environment and KRITIS environments are desirable Very good German knowledge (min. C1 level) in word and writing High level of solution orientation and structured thinking as well as a pronounced conciliation for complex technical concepts Team spirit, communication talent and empathy
