We are looking for an experienced and motivated quality specialist (m/w/d) in the field of gas-insulated medium-voltage switching systems, which strengthens our quality management system and advances continuous improvements. In our future-oriented area of electrification, You contribute decisively to ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards and thus contribute to the reliable energy supply worldwide. In this role, your commitment and know-how not only ensure product quality, but also make a significant contribution to the global energy transition.

You are mainly responsible for:

First contact for the production teams in quality issues and problems Develop and implement solutions to address quality shortcomings and their causes Ensuring and continuous improvement of production quality after quality reports Analysis, processing and sustainable reduction of complaints (internal and external) independently perform supplier audits and accompany internal and external audits Implementation of national and international supplier talks and determination of quality assurance measures for the continuous improvement of delivered parts Creation of quality-relevant documentation, e.g. process instructions, work instructions, delivery/test instructions Participation in strategic improvement projects in the field (Kaizen, Six Sigma, Lean) Implementation and analysis of quality indicators

Complete training as an industrial master (electrotech), technician or comparable technical qualification Professional experience in quality management, preferably in electrical engineering or in switching systems engineering Experience with gas-insulated switching systems (GIS) or comparable medium-voltage technical products desirable, but not absolutely necessary

Expertise: Knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) and their implementation Understanding mechanical activities and electrical testing Safety in the application of quality tools (FMEA, 8D method, statistical analysis) Experience with ERP and quality management systems (SAP, MES)

Personal competencies: Individual initiative, analytical thinking and ability to solve problems Communication strength and team capacity Care and conscience Negotiation security in the national and international environment

Languages: German and English in Word and Writing
