Support Engineer (m/w/d)

Technical support for service technicians (on-site) Decision and support of the technical processing of warranty cases including the complaint management in the works Supports complaints and warranties with its technical know-how - also in court Conception and implementation of product training, among others in the field of service – if necessary also provision in the Knowledgecenter Participation in the development of the service sharing point in Germany Working with colleagues from the service department in different areas of responsibility
