Werkstudent (m/d) Immobilien und Arbeitsschutz Darmstadt | Deadline for 24 months | Parttime (20,00 hours / week)

You accompany the introduction of hazardous material management software on your own and take over the implementation and maintenance of hazardous material data and safety data sheets. You actively shape and coordinate the roll-out of the software and ensure smooth integration into the existing processes. As part of the introduction of the work protection management software, you are responsible for the operational implementation and support the continuous development of the systems. You support the planning, organisation and control of construction and maintenance projects in all phases of the HOAI and ensure compliance with the project objectives. Working with the documentation and archiving of real estate, construction and audit documents is one of your activities. You create independently presentations, reports, evaluations and decision templates and actively support decision-making in the team. In addition, you carry out research on general property-specific issues and prepare the results to address them.
