Location: Karlsruhe (Baden) Type of employment: shift, part-time - shift, full-time

Your tasks

• Recognize and sort different documents according to clear specifications
• Unlock documents and leave them properly after a system
• Digitize complete applications and documents with a mass stack scanner
• Support for the entire digitization of the post

Your profile

• Ideally commercial training or experience in document management / digitalization
• Secure handling of scanners, document management systems and common office software (e.g. MS Office)
• High accuracy and sense of responsibility in handling sensitive data
• Confidential handling of personal data according to data protection regulations
