Trainee Risk Management - Schwerpunkt Financial Institutions (m/f/d)

Mittendrin, instead of just doing this - from the first day on you are a full-fledged team member in our risk management with the firm assignment to the Financial Institutions department. You gradually take responsibility for selected topics and are continuously encouraged by us, e.g. in active risk management and in the assessment of financial institutions or the monitoring of financial systems in developed countries or Emerging Markets. Bring your skills and ideas and support in the design and implementation of business initiatives and in interaction with all bank-wide sales units in Germany and abroad. In cross-departmental and cross-departmental projects, we rely on your active cooperation. For this you are in close contact with colleagues and build a large network.

You have a degree in economics with financial discipline or a bank-specific training with further qualification, e.g. as a business economist:in, completed or standing shortly before graduation. About internships and work students you could already gain first practical experience in risk management. You work team-oriented and can exchange yourself with other people at least on C1 level in German and English - ideally also in other foreign languages. You have a good (volk) economic understanding as well as pronounced analytical and conceptual skills. You are characterized by your communicative skills, your collaborative skills and negotiation skills, as well as your high problem solving skills. In addition, you bring an open mindset for innovation, new technologies and changes.
