Liquidity Management Manager

As a manager:in liquidity management you are responsible for strategic liquidity planning and control. To do this, you will take care of the development and control of strategic liquidity planning with the aim of precisely predicting key cash performance indicators such as operating cash flow, free cash flow and financing cash flow as part of a largely automated planning process. You anchor these new key figures in the management of the companies. The development of countermeasures in cooperation with the managing directors:in the individual business areas, if there are negative deviations to the planning, is also part of your tasks. You take over the control and monitoring of short-, medium- and long-term liquidity planning for the entire group and individual subsidiaries during operation and including scenario analyses. In the field of operating liquidity management, you monitor group liquidity daily. You are responsible for the analysis of the actualliquidity by main categories for all sub-areas of the Group, the comparison with plan data and, if necessary, the development of countermeasures, in close coordination with the management of the sub-areas. The identification, assessment and management of liquidity risks and the development and implementation of working capital control measures are also part of your task. It does not challenge you to create transparent reports and analyses for management and other internal and external stakeholders. To do this, you will take care of the preparation and execution of workshops on liquidity, with the aim of anchoring the code number of the free cash flow (FCF) and its management to the responsible persons. In addition, you are responsible for process analyses and developments in liquidity management, focusing on the best possible efficiency improvements and the use of modern technologies.

You have a scientific or business master's degree with a focus on financing or alternatively on a comparable qualification. In the field of liquidity management, you can present several years of professional experience. Ideally, you have already gained experience in an international bank and/or a listed company. Your experience in liquidity management of a complex organization as well as successes in effective liquidity management are of advantage. You can easily create contacts and build strong relationships, show pronounced emotional intelligence and the ability to interact and communicate clearly and convincingly on all levels. You are open to (new) technologies and can use them to develop skills (more) and support the long-term strategy of the company. Team skills, critique and self-responsibility with the ability of a quick change of perspective in order to implement requirements from the Executive Board and management in a targeted manner, characterize your personality.
