You guide the financial accounting team professionally and organizationally You actively participate in quality assurance and control of ongoing financial accounting You are planning monthly and quarterly evaluations as well as sales tax forecasts You optimize and digitize processes, for example with DATEV companies online You are contact person for Mandant:inside, tax advisor:inside You train, guide and develop employees in financial accounting

You have a completed training as a tax specialist:r (m/w/d), ideally with further training to the account holder (m/w/d) or tax specialist (m/w/d) You bring several years of professional experience in financial accounting, ideally in a tax law firm You have ideally first leadership experience You proceed independently and act-oriented and have a pronounced decision-making power You communicate at eye level, show empathy and team spirit You work conscientiously and independently, are flexible and resilient
