Business Unit Management Planning (m/f/d)

The focus of your activity is the management of the planning business unit with the sections route planning, basic acquisition and environmental planning. Here you take over the overall responsibility as part of the responsibility for action and results for the associated business area and the related tasks, processes and projects. In addition to the perception of all relevant and personalized management and leadership tasks, you are responsible for the control, coordination and continuous further development of the area. You will also take part in specialist bodies, steering circles and coordination rounds and take over the planning projects in the public as a contact person (w/m/d). The reporting to the external office, the branch office and the central office completes your area of responsibility.

An optimal prerequisite for this position is a completed scientific (special) university degree in the field of civil engineering, a comparable qualification or equivalent knowledge and skills acquired in practice. You will also have experience in professional and disciplinary leadership through your professional career and have a cooperative and motivating leadership style. In addition, you have been able to gain expertise in environmental, road and administrative law as part of your professional practice and deepen your expertise, especially in building law. The possession of a class B driving licence and a high degree of flexibility and unrestricted willingness to travel within the field of departure are essential for the performance of this responsible position.
