Your role – this is what awaits you In this position you are the right hand of the service manager and assume responsibility for leadership and decision: Representative of the regional service manager for Stuttgart & Baden‐Württemberg (scientific, disciplinary, operational) Responsibility for service quality, sales and results Leadership, motivation and further development of the regional service team Planning and control of service, maintenance and malfunctions Operation, Capacity and Resource Planning (Technists, Material, Vehicles, Subcontractors) Technical contact for service technicians & service coordination 3rd level support for complex technical escalation Ensuring standards, guidelines & contract requirements (DIN, VdS, SLA) Interface between service, sales, project management and assembly Control, documentation and administrative completion of service orders Active cooperation in process optimization and quality improvements Representation of the service manager in case of absence in all relevant matters

Your profile – we expect that consciously Completed technical or commercial training / study or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in safety technology Knowledge in at least one of the areas:Brandmeldeanlagen (BMA) Intrusion systems (EMA) Video surveillance (VÜA) Access control systems (ZUKO)

Detectional experience in professional and/or disciplinary leadership High level of organisational strength, decision-making and enforcement Embossed customer and service orientation Sovereign Communication – Internal and External Structured, reliable and independent operation Very good German knowledge, English of advantage Safe handling of MS Office and ideally service/ERP systems driving licence class B
