Their main task is the entire process of commercial order processing of repair and calibration orders. This ranges from the creation of orders in the ERP/CRM system, the cost estimate up to the impact of the invoice and shipping to the customer. As an active link, you will clarify technical and commercial issues with our customers, the sales service and internal departments such as repair sites. The execution of rental orders as well as the support in the maintenance of demo-special stocks (shipment and inventory) also fall into your area of responsibility.

After a commercial training (industrial businesswoman or comparable) You have ideally first professional experience in order processing and have fun in technology.
