Your tasks:

• retraining and promotion of young people with disabilities, to support their integration into the urban environment.
• support for families in fulfilling their education mission, close cooperation with schools and other relevant institutions for Young people.
• Professional preparation and recording of educational activities as well as constructive teamwork to optimize youth support.
• Cooperation with schools and other institutions involved in a to ensure seamless transition and effective cooperation
• Technical documentation and preparation of development reports To pursue and document the progress of young people.

Your profile:

• Completion as a health care provider or more recognised by the state (m/w/d) or another qualification according to §25 b Hessisches Children's and Youth Protection Code (HKJGB)
• Joy in working with young people with disabilities
• Ability to meet young people with different cultural and National backgrounds and various social problems to:
• Reflective power with regard to own attitude and work with children
