Your role Guide projects in the context of FoB Wafer Inspection Optics and control and monitor them in time, performance, costs and risks

Managing development projects with diverse interfaces within the SMT matrix from concept phase to RnD, prototype construction to production transfer (targets, environment, risks, project structure, dates, resources, costs)

work closely with the fields of product management, development, operations, sales, quality, finance and purchasing

lead the project team (coaching the team members, coordination, coordination, moderation of problems during the project process)

represent the project and products internally and externally as well as to the customer

a successfully completed scientific or engineering degree, with doctoral degree
