We offer you the position at Frankfurt am Main in the field of renewable energies:

monitoring the construction of wind energy and photovoltaic systems; managing the project partners and service providers; acceptances, controls and quality assurance of the construction projects; Perception / Coordination of the superstructure and building function in the construction planning and construction design

Monitoring and coordination of the network connection of wind power and photovoltaic systems to transformer stations.

Ensure compliance with all technical and regulatory requirements for network connection, including cooperation with network operators and other relevant stakeholders.

Creation of performance lists for the individual trades, tenders, awards and bills of construction services in cooperation with project development; Ensuring compliance with the requirements and conditions from the building permit or BImSch approval

Responsibility for budgeting, quality, time and budget-oriented results, and claim management

Regular reporting to the relevant project bodies and necessary decisions

Studies (e.g. civil engineering, electrical engineering, energy engineering) or comparable training

At least 5 years of professional experience in the construction project management, in particular in the field of renewable energies, in which, in addition to comprehensive project management experience, experience in planning, controlling and monitoring of the construction phase was collected as a total project manager.

Experience in the field of network connection of renewable energy plants
