Telephone Service Employee (f/m/d)

The regional club ADAC Berlin-Brandenburg e.V. was founded in 1903. Over 230 employees are now working in our nine offices in Berlin and Brandenburg. Here we take care of the topics of mobility, travel & vacation, insurance and of course ADAC membership.

We answer all questions from our members about mobility and security. From free maps and information material for your next holiday trip to the tailor-made insurance cover - demand-oriented advice is our strength. As the first contact we advise on ADAC membership and sell ADAC insurance if necessary.

As a call agent, you are active in our modern member service center in Berlin-Siemensstadt. They provide our members and customers with comprehensive and competent advice by telephone on all questions concerning mobility. As part of your activity, you will give up-to-date tourist information and never lose your smile in your voice. ADAC will also provide you with your own insurance and financial services on request and provide services related to ADAC membership.

They have completed vocational training and/or bring first professional experience from the sales or service sector. You are also welcome as an enthusiastic cross-comer with pleasure in learning. A pronounced service and customer orientation is one of your strengths. In addition, advise and inform you with a lot of passion and fun. Since you are always in direct contact with people as a callagent, friendly communication and persuasiveness is the basis for your activity. They convince with your willingness to use and are happy to work in a dynamic team.
