Experienced Project Management Assistant (m/w/d) in the Construction Industry

You are responsible for the project-related creation of monthly and annual accounts Controlling talks with the project team and department management are your responsibility You create and analyze performance and earnings forecasts in coordination with the technical project management The testing and processing of supplier and contractor accounts is in your hands You always have a look at receivables, payments and guarantees They are contact persons for the client as well as for after-contractors:in all commercial matters Regular construction site visits ensure a varied working environment

They have a completed commercial training, a degree in business management or economic engineering In a comparable position you could already gain relevant professional experience You have experience in the development of large construction projects as well as knowledge in a billing and costing program (ideally RIB iTWO) A good understanding of figures and a secure written and oral expression are of course for you Teamability and reliability as well as an independent, committed and careful operation complete your profile
