The building management of the city of Aachen covers the space requirements for all urban departments and departments through new, re- and extension buildings, maintenance of existing buildings and rental of foreign property. The 12-member team “TGA Projects” is assigned to the technical department “Projects and Energy” of the company-like facility building management of the city of Aachen. Employment is permanent.

Project preparation and project management as well as technical quality assurance in the field of electrical engineering with a focus on TGA Integrated evaluation of technical planning of electrical engineering in all performance phases of HOAI, identification of planning and interface gaps, and detection of optimization potentials Guide planning meetings, quality monitoring with solution-oriented ideas Self-employed processing of all performance phases of HOAI, in particular planning, screaming and construction management of electrical engineering and building automation systems Monitoring and implementation of commissioning management and technical monitoring processes based on VDI 6039 and AMEV No 158 Ensuring the quality and functionality of building systems

Bachelor/Master/Diplom of the Department of Electrical Engineering or Comparative Field Multiannual professional experience in technical building equipment or similar fields Knowledge of planning, construction and operation of public buildings Experience in dealing with the regulations VOB, HOAI and contract law Above-average motivation for building technology and energy efficiency Good communication skills and formulation security in word and writing, including in technical exchange Communication strength and fun at work in the team Reliable, responsible and team-oriented work setting Engaged, structured and independent working methods driving licence class 3 or B
