Complete training in health and nursing with specialist training Emergency care: They provide a well-founded training in the field of health and nursing Professional experience and leadership skills: They have several years of professional experience in nursing, ideally also first experiences in a leadership role. Training in nursing management: Management training or studies in the field of care management is advantageous. Alternatively, you will bring the willingness to further develop in this area.
