You regularly carry out process confirmations and PVS checks to check process reliability in ongoing production. On the basis of deviations, you initiate targeted corrective measures, follow their effectiveness and document the results in the PVS reporting system. Together with the production team, you monitor critical processes to ensure compliance with quality standards in accordance with regulations and checklists. You supervise the audited personnel, carry out internal audits and initiate proactive measures for process optimization. You have completed further training for technicians/specialists or technical studies, ideally focusing on aerospace, mechanical engineering or measuring technology. In quality assurance, measurement technology, production environment and aviation mechanics, you will bring at least two to three years of well-founded professional experience. Knowledge of SAP/R3, Google Workspace as well as methods of the CVP and Total Quality Management (e.g. 8D, FMEA) will certainly be applied.
