To strengthen our team, we are looking for a 01.09.2026 project coordinator (m/w/d) – photovoltaics & energy solutions**

Your tasks

They accompany our projects in the internal service in a commercial and organizational manner – from initial processing to successful completion. In doing so, coordinate the various processes, keep dates, documents and open processes in mind and ensure that all parties have the necessary information at the right time.

Your tasks include:

• commercial and organizational support of our projects
• Coordination and follow-up of ongoing projects
• coordination with customers, suppliers, network operators and our assembly and electrical teams
• Organization of project-related orders, dates and documents
• Examination and compilation of project and customer documentation
• Processing and tracking of service and malfunctions
• general commercial and organizational tasks in the daily business

This will bring you

• ideally completed commercial training or comparable professional experience
• a structured, careful and independent operation
• good organizational capacity and the ability to keep track of multiple parallel processes
• Responsibility, reliability and initiative
• safe handling of digital tools
• Communication strength and joy in cooperation with different contact persons

Knowledge in the field of photovoltaics or energy technology is advantageous, but no prerequisite. It is crucial for us that you think, organize well, take responsibility and are willing to work in our industry and our processes.
