Your duties

• Processing of sales partner orders and complex Customer orders
• Function as interface between customer, MRP and Sales service
• Improvement of transport-related and customer-specific Customer master files
• Customer support and advice regarding product portfolio
• clarification of paid services and Reliability check of order contents
• disposition and time tracking of filled products and Trade
• production of commission papers, tour planning, Delivery documents and ADR documents
• coordination of vehicle availability and personnel requirements

Our requirements

• completed training as a freight forwarder or Industrial merchant with reasonable experience in logistics or Spedition
• Versified handling of SAP applications, MS Office programs and Google tools, ideally with Servitrax
• Friendly, professionally safe communication with customers and counterparties
• Good English knowledge of word and writing
• Class B driving licence and mobility to reach site necessary
