As a working student (m/w/d), you support the team with your skills and knowledge in the following responsible activities: Become an expert for our future-oriented property management Actively support ground lease buyout projects - from purchase to contract design Analyze land values and establish cost-effectiveness calculations for purchases Make valuable contacts with property owners, business partners and authorities Develop your skills in professional contract and purchase management Design efficient processes through clever data analysis and reporting Bring your creative ideas into exciting real estate projects

Your skills: For this activity you study with passion BWL, economics, real estate management or a related degree program in the Bachelor or Masterstuidum. In addition, the following skills and knowledge complete your profile: Basic knowledge of real estate law & interest in property transactions are advantageous Teamwork is your strength, and you love taking responsibility MS Office programs are your digital tools You communicate in German (C1 level)
