Team Leader Customer Service (m/f/d)

You guide, coach and develop your team in the sales service and ensure the achievement of sales objectives. You maintain customers and develop existing customer relationships in close cooperation with the external service. You are actively supporting the creation, supply and follow-up talks and ensure a professional customer communication. You analyse sales figures, derive optimisation measures and develop sales strategies to increase sales. You control operational procedures such as order collection, work closely with internal departments and advance the production of new customers.

You have a completed commercial training or a comparable qualification. You provide long-term professional experience in sales, customer support or key account management. You have ideally first leadership experience or embossed leadership skills. You work independently as well as structured and possess good knowledge in terms of ERP systems and MS Office. You convince with high customer and service orientation and communication strength.
