As a parent-time representative, you support the further development of the central coordinating body for research and development activities (F&E activities) at TransnetBW: Together with internal contacts, you work to establish a uniform approach to research and development projects and to strengthen existing structures. You keep an overview of national and European funding programmes, identify suitable funding opportunities and accompany the application of funding. Competent will advise you on areas of support, support ongoing applications and support new projects. In addition, you combine strategic foresight management, corporate strategies, and research & innovation (F&I) into a consistent overall process and ensure that relevant trends and developments are effective in strategic decisions and innovation initiatives. In addition, maintain and expand internal and external networks in the R&D sector and promote active professional exchange between relevant stakeholders.

You have a master's degree in a relevant subject and ideally bring first professional experience in research & development – also through scientific work at a university, university or in a research-related environment. You also have experience with public funding programmes and their structures, for example in projects with the project promoter Jülich (PtJ) or funding programmes such as Horizon Europe. You work structured, can set priorities and keep an overview even in transition situations. Also convince with good English skills in word and writing. With your communication and networking capability, you can build and actively maintain sustainable relationships with internal disciplines, leadership levels and external partners from science, business and politics.
