Trainee Information Technology (m/f/d)

In our IT training program, you are going through various topics of our IT. In the areas that best match your skill profile, you learn to develop tailor-made IT solutions for our customers and make an initial contribution to IT delivery. We trust you - from the beginning. Be bold: With your skills you actively shape, continuously gain practical experience and develop your IT knowledge. You will learn contact persons: knowing from different IT and business areas and creating a broad network. Our team enriches your experiences and fresh ideas. As part of your projects and in the development of concepts, you actively shape new digital IT processes in all areas of IT. The aim of our trainee program is to allow you to secure a precise target position after successful completion of the program and to use your knowledge sustainably.

You have a completed study with IT reference (Bachelor or Master), which is available at the latest at the start of the trainee program. You have well-founded, ideally expanded IT skills, pronounced analytical and conceptual skills and also draw your attention to a high level of problem-solving competence in the team. You have already collected relevant practical experience in IT and your chosen main direction - e.g. by internships, student work, final work or projects and work results arising from own initiative. You convince in the selection process with a successfully completed cognitive performance test. You communicate safely and clearly on all levels and perform convincingly and professionally; you also have German knowledge at least level C1. You are a team player and have a good sense of humor. With your curiosity, you want to grow and bring the willingness to work on new topics quickly and independently.
