Ensuring smooth service in all areas of restaurant, events and banquets Coordination and close cooperation with the VK office, kitchen management and other branch offices Participation in the planning of special events Optimization of personnel use Instruction of service staff in all service-specific fields Design of service employees Daily settlement of service staff and registration in the prepared lists Collection of daily working hours of service and bar employees and registration in the prepared lists Welcome and placement of guests Perform complaints and best possible complaint management Creating a reservation plan taking into account the best possible utilization of the restaurant Control and expert handling of R&B products and devices goods collection, distribution of goods, quality and quantity control, documentation and professional storage Control of the expiry dates of the goods regular inspection and control of the beverages before being served, in particular on quality and visual appearance; Responsible for the appropriate treatment / handling of all work materials Check all service devices regularly for their function – when errors occur, information to management; create order lists and provide management; Schedule Service & Bar duly created incl. Representation of holidays and illnesses and their forwarding and storage Instruction of accident prevention
