As an apprentice, you will be directly involved in the customer service of a modern life insurance. With us, you will learn how life insurance works economically and legally, what products and tariffs there are, and how to process concerns from customers correctly and reliably. Your training takes place in blocks: you will learn alternately for about three to four months at a number of different departments of our customer service (vocational practice) - and for approx. 3 months in the piece the theory at the professional school of St. Pauli. The training lasts three years. In order to work in an optimal way and prepare for your exams, you will also participate in additional trainings and seminars - perfectly matched to your training content and your school training plan. The supplementary training courses are carried out internally with us as well as with the vocational training work of the insurance industry in northern Germany.
