The Integrative Drug Aid (idh) is a pioneer in the development of alternative concepts and offers in the field of low-swell drug aid. The aim of the association is to accompany drug-related people on the path of their personal change, to strengthen their self-responsibility and self-determination and to promote their integration and participation in life in the community. The idh has eight facilities and projects in the field of search assistance in Frankfurt.

The establishment FriedA is a contact café with methadambulance and social service for substituted and drug-consuming people in Frankfurt city centre.

We are looking with a range of 50% (total of 19.50 hours per week)

Social workerin/Social pedagoguein (m/w/d) for our establishment in the Friedberger facility

• Psychosocial advice and support
• Working in the open area of FriedA
• Looking for work at different, other locations – especially in the railway station district
• Planning and implementation of group offers
• placement in employment and training measures as well as other, further offers
• Lots function and support of clients in the help system
• Close cooperation with actors from other low-swelling institutions with the aim of enabling clients to take paths to FriedA
• Help planning and case management
• Documentation, evaluation and reporting

Your profile:

• You have completed a degree (Diplom, Bachelor or Master) in the field of social education or social work
• They are familiar with the Frankfurter Suchthilfesystem and were ideally able to gain experience in low-swelling addiction assistance, streetwork and women's work.
• Network work and cooperation with other institutions and departments will give you pleasure
• They appreciate the team's collaboration, are strong and collaborative
• They bring engagement and are willing to work with clients on different locations
• Expertise and expertise in psychosocial counselling are advantageous
• You can identify with the principles of idh and respect other ways of life and cultures.
