Consultant Building Management (m/f/d)

You identify needs for action in order to maintain our existing bridges and other engineering structures. You are responsible for the data base – including control of plausibility and completeness. You create a prioritized action programme for the effective processing of the determined action needs and continuously continue to write it. You coordinate the implementation of the measures and control the achievement of the targets, and determine the reasons and effects of possible targets. You develop solutions for achieving goals and support the ongoing development of the building management. You control special programs and project-related workflows. You examine concepts as a basis for decision-making between repair and rebuilding of existing structures.

Completed academic studies in the field of civil engineering, transport engineering or civil engineering or infrastructure management or a comparable field of expertise or equivalent skills and experience Professional practical experience after graduation as well as experience in project management and ideally knowledge of the applicable case law (LHO, VV LHO, UVGO, VOL, HVA F-Stb) Class B driving licence and the readiness to travel within the framework of the duties and multi-activity missions Very good knowledge of German in word and writing (comparable C1/C2)
