Strategy development and process optimization: You continuously define international standards, scalable building strategies, and optimize the processes in construction project management for all our purchasing country countries. Performance management and quality assurance: You are responsible for creating and communicating binding international guidelines, such as construction descriptions, and ensure their compliance. International coaching and support: As a mentor, you accompany the country companies in all phases of the project and promote the independent development of innovative solutions through targeted coaching. Knowledge management: You control the implementation of international standards and establish a sustainable knowledge transfer through training and Lessons Learned. Performance tracking and KPI control: Keep international key figures as well as reports always in mind, guide well-founded optimization approaches and moderate the regular exchange of results with countries.

You have a degree in civil engineering or architecture as well as several years of experience in managing complex construction projects. The ability to translate operational project sequences into abstract, scalable systems and international standards is what distinguishes you. You bring experience in the consulting or training of teams and understand how to convey knowledge motivating and targeted at international level. A safe handling of project control tools as well as the analysis of KPIs for deriving strategic measures are of course for you. You communicate in German and English with pleasure in supporting our country countries occasionally.
