Social Pedagogical Specialist (m/f/d)

You accompany people with dementia individually and resource-oriented and together with them create a varied everyday life. You develop social pedagogical offers for individuals and groups and implement them together with your colleagues. You introduce new technical impulses and contribute to the further development of our dementia area. You coordinate offers, tasks and procedures within the social service. You support colleagues professionally, promote exchange in the team You plan and organize leisure, cultural and employment opportunities and festivals You advise and accompany residents and their relatives You work confidently with care, care, relatives, volunteers and external cooperation partners. You document and evaluate the measures taken. You are involved in meetings, working groups and professional bodies. If necessary, You take over further tasks in the social service and support cross-disciplinary projects.

A completed study of Social Work, Social Education, Gerontology or a comparable qualification Occupational experience in the elderly, Gerontopsychiatrie or a comparable social field Experience and professional safety in support of people with dementia An appreciative and sensitive attitude towards older and needy people Joy in direct work with residents and in conceptual and organizational tasks Interest in shaping a work area professionally and taking responsibility The ability to attract colleagues for ideas and to reliably implement joint projects Organizational talent, creativity and a good look at priorities Communication strength and joy in cooperation with different professional groups Responsible, structured and solution-oriented work A safe handling of MS Office and experience in technical documentation First experiences in coordinating offers, projects or workflows are advantageous. However, a formal leadership experience is not necessary. Your expertise, your attitude and your willingness to take responsibility are crucial to us.
