Dual study Mechanical Engineering Start: Winter Semester 2025/2026 In our home you will experience a challenging, exciting and forward-looking training that is fun and an excellent basis for your successful career. As a rule, the course will last three and a half years. Your well-founded and – through the involvement of a wide range of business areas – you will complete interesting and varied training in a motivated team. In principle, we form for our own needs, so that after successful completion of dual studies, a direct career entry at BAADER can follow. In the case of a good bachelor's degree, there is also the possibility for a further dual master's degree with BAADER.

While theoretical training takes place at the Technical University of Lübeck, learn practical skills directly from BAADER. They learn the development and construction of machinery and equipment. You also work on production and logistics concepts for efficient series production. This includes getting to know the commissioning and testing of prototypes. They assist in field testing of machines and equipment and in adapting our machines to customer requirements.

They have the general university maturity with good grades, in particular in scientific subjects. They bring interest and joy in dealing with technical and economic issues. Handicraft skills as well as organizational skills and an analytical method are your competences. In addition to commitment and reliability, you are characterized by your own initiative and team orientation. We expect good English knowledge in word and writing.
